In 1905, Einstein had a "miraculous year", in which he explained Brownian motion, explained the photoelectric effect, and developed special relativity. This song celebrates these amazing accomplishments! Over the next decade, he developed the theory of general relativity. Any one of these four accomplishments would be very deserving of a Nobel prize; Einstein got his for the photoelectric effect, in part because his explanation led directly to the development of quantum mechanics.
